Nadine Weller is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA). Some of her strengths are in operations, leadership, analysis and effective communication. She maintains a high-level view which helps her relate to you the client and will put your needs above all else. She has held both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer positions within companies. Nadine always strives to act with kindness and loves giving back to her community.

Terry Zimaro is a Chartered Professional Accountant that has a passion for contracted CFO work. His specialties lie in financial reporting, streamlining processes, budgeting and offering practical solutions. Terry has held several named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions spanning several industries, including life sciences, oil and gas and cannabis. His work in accounting, auditing, consulting services and tax have spanned over many different industries and he has used his extensive experience in every venture that he has pursued. He is also an active member of his community and has held various director and local volunteer positions throughout the years.
